The Solomons Business Associations proudly sponsors the annual Solomons fireworks display, to be held on Sunday, July 4th at approximately 9 pm. Fireworks will be shot from a barge in the Patuxent River and can be viewed from the Riverwalk.

Rain date: Monday, July 5th. All efforts are made for the display to be held July 4th. However, weather factors may influence a last minute delay or postponement in order to maintain the safety of the crew and spectators. In the event of rain on July 4th, the display will take place on Monday, July 5th.

Traffic: Vehicular traffic on the island will be restricted. Please park in designated areas only. Parking is available at Glascock Field across from the Calvert Marine Museum, at the museum, in the public lot behind Our Lady Star of the Sea and the Solomons Medical Center. A shuttle will run from Glascock Field beginning at 4 pm. The public is asked to respect private property.

Sponsors: In addition to SBA, the fireworks are also sponsored by the Calvert County Commissioners and local Solomons businesses.
